The Massachusetts Association of Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers (MALSCE) Convention Committee invites companies and organizations o exhibit at the 2010 MALSCE Convention on Friday, October 1, 2010, at the Delaney House in Holyoke, MA.

This annual event is expected to attract over 80 professional land surveyors, professional engineers and industry affiliates, many of whom are business leaders.  It's a great opportunity for you to meet and discuss your products and services with these potential customers. At the same time, you will be generating considerable good will by helping to ensure that MALSCE continues to offer this well received program at an affordable price.  Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so sign up to exhibit today.

The Convention Exhibit is open from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM on the first day of the Convention:  Friday, October 1, 2010.
The day’s schedule includes registration, refreshment breaks and a networking reception and auction during which attendees can interact with exhibitors.

Exhibit space rental fees start at $450 for MALSCE Sustaining Members and $600 for Non-Members.

In addition to exhibiting space, each exhibiting company will receive at a minimum admission for two to the buffet lunch and six drink tickets to use during the reception.  Additional lunch tickets may be purchased at a cost of $30 per ticket.  Please see the enclosed Exhibit Space Rental Agreement for further details.
